[Suggestion]Expanding the Boards

I know you guys just got back to doing thing and I'm not trying to rush you, the forums does lack board topics and Categories. Expanding on this will give more thing for the community to talk about make members more active.

I Also think it would look nicer with the chatbox above the Forums.

We actually prefer the chat box at the bottom of the page so people dont get distracted from posting, and we also have been deleting some of the more useless or duplicated forums like "The Freezer" since we have a "General Chat" there is no need for it.
