Homethe banner at the top thats moving is it supposed to stop or is my internet shitting on itself?

It does stop moving when you put your mouse on it, but other than that it should be moving. (p.s. Its your website, know these things!

lol no its still doing it it stops at certain times without the mouse over it, i knew it stopped With the mouse on it
