i need a good map editor

Yesterday I had a good idea for a map for halo reach its like a space ship but crashed
And there would be a enemy base then the good base would be the crashed ship with fallen ammo
And scavenges I got it of of the halo wars 1st flood level but un fortunaly im not a good builder so if
who ever helps me make the map will be able to save it too
PLEASE help me ill do half like the enemy base just give me your gamertag and ill invite you
