tOday I had to call verizon because my dad wanted a cheaper cable so he told me to call them to shut are account down
so I call them and guess who picks up……………a computer voice
Me:hello I would like to cancel my verizon account
Computer: please hold………………………………20mins later……………………
Computer:what is your name
Me: anthony drecchio (dads name)
Computer: please hold………5mins later…………
computer:"anthony" your terms of service are gerned
Me: gerned?
Computer:invailad
Me:CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!
computer:please wait…………
Operitive: how may I help you(sounding like a computer voice though)
ME:I would like to cancel my verizon account my name is anthony drecchio
Operitive: "anthony" your terms of service are gerned
Me:not another fucking computer give me a real person!
Computer:invalaid
Me: son of a b***h I won't to talk to a real person
Computer:please hold………
Computer: what is wrong with your cable box
Me:what the f**k are you talking about
computer:have you tryed restarting it
Me:what do you mean
computer:invalaid
Me: no (I guess)
Computer:call back to see if you need to order a new cable box

I called back pissed off though at there retarded ass customer service and this is what I get
OperitivE: dfssxghjkutshjf ( couldn't understand him another langauge)
Me:my name is anthony drecchio and FUCK YOU AND YOUR STUPID ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Operitive but now another computer:hello how may I help you

Computer:invaliad
Me:FUCK YOU AND YOUR STUPID ASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! IS IT CLEAR ANOUGH

By then I hung up and did it online
But just to give you a tip don't get verizon unless you can stand their customer service
